|
Here at Real Estate 2 Rentals we do more then just search the MLS to find a house for you to look and then merely open the door. We specialize in matching investors with properties which suite their short and/or long term investment goals. Knowing where to start in these current market conditions can be confusing and at times overwhelming. The first step to take when investing in real estate is to understand your relationship with your property. By knowing what you want to do with your property, and what type of investor you want to be with your property, making decisions and searching for properties becomes a much smoother process. Below are examples of what to do with your property and types of investors. Hopefully these examples will help you understand the type of relationship you will have your property. After reading the examples start searching the MLS by clicking on the link below or on “Ca MLS” on the home page. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any question at any time, we look forward to working with you soon.
