The Player:
      
          We find you a house where all the work has been done, and a tenant has been placed in the property.  You just purchase the property and start collecting your positive cash flow.

 

The Banker:
                   You lend money to either the Investor or the Player at competitive private money rates.  You determine your Loan to Value, your Interest Rate, and Your Points.  Your investment is secured by a First Deed of Trust.
